Daniel Defense was awarded the Naval Surface Warfare Center - Crane Division contract for the MK12 low profile gas block. As a result Daniel Defense is able to offer this gas block commercially. This gas block is built to Crane specification for USSOCOM. Hardened 416 Stainless Steel Black Oxide Coated Precision CNC Machined Weights 1.9 oz Made in USA INCLUDES: Low profile gas block (2) set screws Gas tube roll pin 0.5 ml. LOCTITE 262 Threadlocker DISCLAIMER The MK12 Gas Block is only compatible with the RIS II (M4A1 & MK18) family of rail systems manufactured by Daniel Defense. It is not compatible with any other Daniel Defense rail system. This is due to various clearance issues. This only applies to rail system lengths that would completely shroud the gas block. If you are mounting the gas block to the barrel without being shrouded by the rail system, then this does not apply. In that case, it will fit as long as barrel diameter is .750.

LOCTITE 262 Schraubensicherung HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS Der MK12 Gas Block ist nur mit den von Daniel Defense hergestellten RIS II (M4A1 & MK18) Schienensystemen kompatibel. Er ist nicht mit anderen Daniel Defense Schienensystemen kompatibel. Dies liegt an verschiedenen Platzproblemen. Dies gilt nur für Schienensystemlängen, die den Gas Block vollständig umschließen würden. Wenn du den Gas Block ohne Umschließung durch das Schienensystem am Lauf montierst, dann gilt dies nicht. In diesem Fall passt er, solange der Laufdurchmesser .750 beträgt.
