726529841169 The Prussia Precision Ultrasonic Case Cleaner is a heated 2-liter ultrasonic cleaning unit designed for reloaders and firearm enthusiasts who demand deep, consistent cleaning results. Engineered to remove carbon residue, fouling, grease, and deposits from cartridge cases and metal components, it delivers thorough cleaning performance inside and out. Using high-frequency ultrasonic waves, the cleaner reaches areas that traditional tumbling or manual cleaning cannot - including primer pockets, flash holes, and internal case walls. When used with a suitable ultrasonic cleaning solution, combustion residues and stubborn deposits are loosened efficiently without abrasive media. The integrated 80-watt ceramic heating element enhances the cleaning process by warming the cleaning solution to approximately 57°C, accelerating residue breakdown and improving overall effectiveness. The heater can be activated as needed to match the cleaning task. An adjustable timer allows cleaning cycles between 5 and 30 minutes, giving users full control depending on the level of contamination and the components being cleaned. After extended operation, the unit should be allowed to cool briefly before starting the next cycle. The 2-liter stainless steel tank provides practical capacity for reloading batches, holding approximately 300 cases in .223 Remington or 150 cases in .308 Winchester. In addition to brass, the cleaner is suitable for bolts, muzzle devices, small firearm components, and other metal parts that fit within the cleaning basket.
