Dovetail Technology for Atlas and Harris Bipods
The Area 419 Arcalock Clamp for the Atlas and Harris Bipods feature a proprietary two-stage screw design. This clamp works on all standard Arca/1.5” Dovetail Rails. The clamping screw features two different thread pitches. The coarse 16tpi is used when no tension is on clamp, allowing rapid movement of the clamp vs others on the market. With high speed comes low torque though, so to counteract this as soon as the clamp sees tension it will switch to the 32tpi threads in the knob to give you extra torque when not using on an ARCALOCK rail. Clamp and knob machined in house from 6061-T6 Aluminum Screw is turned from 303 Stainless Steel Type III Hardcoat Black anodized clamp and Gold anodized knob A 1/4 turn releases the clamp from the detents on the ARCALOCK rail for movement. One turn releases clamp to be removed from rail. The clamp directly bolts to Atlas Bipods using their factory hardware. The barricade stop can either be standalone on the clamp using provided hardware, or sandwiched between an Atlas bipod (Barricade stop does not work with Harris Bipods). The clamp is backwards compatible with standard ARCA rails by removing the two pins, and will still work this way to give you infinite sliding adjustment on the ARCALOCK rail. Moving side of clamp is dovetailed on both sides to prevent tilt.

Herstellerproduktnummer: 419ALKCLAMP 853675008860 Der Area 419 Arcalock Clamp für Atlas und Harris Bipods zeichnet sich durch ein proprietäres zweistufiges Schraubendesign aus. Diese Klemme funktioniert auf allen standardmäßigen Arca/1,5” Dovetail Rails. Die Klemmschraube verfügt über zwei verschiedene Gewindesteigungen. Das grobe 16tpi wird verwendet, wenn keine Spannung auf der Klemme ist, was eine schnelle Bewegung der Klemme im Vergleich zu anderen auf dem Markt ermöglicht. Da hohe Geschwindigkeit jedoch ein geringes Drehmoment bedeutet, wechselt die Klemme, sobald sie Spannung erkennt, zu den 32tpi Gewinden im Knopf, um zusätzliches Drehmoment zu bieten, wenn sie nicht auf einer ARCALOCK-Schiene verwendet wird. Klemme und Knopf werden im eigenen Haus aus 6061-T6 Aluminium gefertigt. Die Schraube ist aus 303 Edelstahl gefertigt. Die Klemme ist schwarz anodisiert (Type III Hardcoat) und der Knopf goldfarben anodisiert. Ein Vierteldrehung löst die Klemme von den Rastpunkten auf der ARCALOCK-Schiene für Bewegungen. Eine Umdrehung löst die Klemme, um sie von der Schiene zu entfernen. Die Klemme wird direkt an Atlas Bipods mit deren Werkszubehör verschraubt. Der Barricade Stop kann entweder alleine an der Klemme mit dem mitgelieferten Zubehör verwendet werden oder zwischen einem Atlas Bipod eingespannt werden (Barricade Stop funktioniert nicht mit Harris Bipods). Die Klemme ist rückwärtskompatibel mit standard ARCA-Schienen, indem man die zwei Stifte entfernt, und funktioniert auch so weiterhin, um Ihnen eine unendliche Gleitverstellung auf der ARCALOCK-Schiene zu bieten. Die bewegliche Seite der Klemme ist beidseitig mit einer Schwalbenschwanzführung versehen, um Kippen zu verhindern.
