Permanently Mounted At 45/ Offset For Instant Shift From Primary Optic To Backup Sights

Machined aluminum backup sights mount at a 45° offset angle to enable instant transition from primary optic simply by tilting the rifle. Rear sight mounts on receiver rail, front sight on handguard top rail. Mounts on right side of receiver for right hand shooters, and eliminates the need to co-witness backup sights through your optic. Provides the same bore height and sight picture as standard USGI A2 sights. A2-style rear sight has flip-up long- and short-range apertures, and is adjustable for windage and elevation in ½ MOA clicks. Locking bar and crossbolt attachment system clamps securely to MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rails and sits only .20" above the rail, so there’s no interference with the main sighting system. Front sight base won’t interfere with the beam path of military IR laser/illuminators. No special tools needed; installs using a slot tip screwdriver. Available in left hand for left hand shooters by special order.

Gefräste Aluminium-Backup-Visiere, die in einem 45°-Winkel montiert werden, um einen sofortigen Wechsel vom Hauptvisier durch einfaches Kippen des Gewehrs zu ermöglichen. Das hintere Visier wird auf der Schiene des Empfängers montiert, das vordere Visier auf der oberen Schiene des Handschutzes. Montage auf der rechten Seite des Empfängers für Rechtshänder und vermeidet die Notwendigkeit, Backup-Visiere durch das Hauptvisier zu sehen. Bietet die gleiche Visierhöhe und das gleiche Visierbild wie standardmäßige USGI A2-Visiere. A2-Stil hinteres Visier mit hochklappbaren Visierlöchern für lange und kurze Distanzen, einstellbar für Windage und Elevation in ½ MOA-Klicks. Verriegelungsstange und Querbügel-Befestigungssystem klemmt sicher an MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny-Schienen und sitzt nur 0.20" über der Schiene, sodass es keine Interferenzen mit dem Hauptvisiersystem gibt. Die Basis des vorderen Visiers stört nicht den Strahlweg von militärischen IR-Lasern/Illuminatoren. Keine speziellen Werkzeuge erforderlich; Installation mit einem Schlitzschraubendreher möglich. These sights are great for 3Gun or if you like to use a higher power scope on your AR. The effort needed to cant the rifle is minimal and the sights are exactly the right height, your cheek weld isn't affected at all. A trip to the range and a few presentation drills are all you'll need. The sights are directly over the bore and the sight radius is umatched without clamping a front sight to the barrel. You can tell these were designed by a shooter.

The best back up I found for my scope for 3 gun shooting. Going to try a second set on my patrol rifle. Great quality, I bang the front sight around pretty hard and it has never moved.

DUECK DEFENSE RAPID TRANSITION SIGHT SET (16.12.2011)

This is the BEST sight for 3 gun match competition. I first used the JP Tactical sight, but I never could get a clear sight picture because of the short sight radius. That was a problem with my eyes, not the sight. With the Dueck Defense sighs, you can mount the rear sight back behind the ejection port and the front sight all the way out front at the end of the float tube for an 18 inch sight radius. I added Brownell's part number: 638-000-081
AR2008-NEW DESIGN AR-15 FIBER OPTIC in place of the metal post front sight. It's the Hi-Viz fiber optic front sight. This is the best set up for old far sighted eyes. Excellent quality and well built by a great fellow 3 gunner!

make sure to install the sights on the same hight as the receiver.if you install the front sight on a gas block it will need to match the hight of the receiver or you will not be able to sight in.

Ideal sights for AR-15 (21.05.2012)

The picture shown is a bit deceptive, becasue with a flat top AR you can mount the back sight at the very back of the rail. These are ideal if you have an optic. The only improvement I could suggest is a tritinum post, which I added to mine. They are rock solid and very accurate at 100 yards or less.

These sights are very durable and work great as back up sights. The offset is perfect and the transition is easy. Although, for the price it should include a front sight tool.
