In addition to a lighter, sleeker rail profile, the barrel nut design was retained from the original T.R.I.M rail to make it simple for users to easily swap the older T.R.I.M rail design with the M-Lok version. (Tactical Rail Interface, Modular) AR rail has been designed by the Wilson Combat engineering team to be among the lightest, strongest and most versatile compact free-floating rail systems on the market. Machined from high-strength 6005A-T5 aircraft aluminum with a Mil-Spec hard anodized finish, the T.R.I.M. rail handguard / interface and its robust, anti-rotational mounting system won't sacrifice strength, stability or accuracy over bulkier designs. Hinweis: Die gehärteten Schrauben, die in diesem Handguard verwendet werden, sind an der Basis konisch, um eine bündige, glatte Passform zu gewährleisten. Es ist wichtig, dass beim ersten Einbau eine kleine Menge Fett auf die konische Schulter der Schraube aufgetragen wird, um ein Verkleben der Schraube gegen das weichere Rail zu verhindern.
