Manufactured from top grade tool steel to provide precise fit and reliable, consistent function under the most demanding conditions. Each part is wire EDM'd and CNC machined for a precise +/- .0005" tolerance then heat treated to Rc 53 - 56, then honed and mirror polished to give Extreme Service in your pistol. All of Harrison and Design Consulting’s hammers have a prepped full cock notch that's .020" deep and a captive half cock notch that's full width, per the original prints. It can be successfully installed in all 1911s whether having a firing pin safety or not. The hammer is slightly narrowed to avoid unwanted contact with the slide or ejector and features the standard original round hole configuration. The rowel style spur has deep serrations to help you keep the hammer under control and all exterior corners are CNC machine beveled to minimize snagging and abrasion. This hammer looks great in your "Old School" custom.

Herstellerproduktnummer: HD133B Hergestellt aus hochwertigem Werkzeugstahl für präzisen Sitz und zuverlässige, konstante Funktion unter anspruchsvollsten Bedingungen. Jedes Teil wird per Drahterodieren und CNC-Fräsen mit einer Präzision von +/- 0,0005" gefertigt, anschließend auf eine Härte von Rc 53 - 56 wärmebehandelt, dann geschliffen und auf Hochglanz poliert, um Extreme Service in deiner Pistole zu gewährleisten. Alle Hämmer von Harrison and Design Consulting haben eine vorbereitete Vollhahnkerbe, die 0,020" tief ist und eine gefangene Halbhahnkerbe in voller Breite, entsprechend den Originalzeichnungen. Er kann erfolgreich in allen 1911er Pistolen installiert werden, egal ob sie eine Schlagbolzensicherung haben oder nicht. Der Hammer ist leicht verengt, um unerwünschten Kontakt mit der Schlitten oder dem Auswerfer zu vermeiden und verfügt über die standardmäßige originale runde Lochkonfiguration. Der Dornstil-Sporn hat tiefe Rillen, um dir die Kontrolle über den Hammer zu erleichtern, und alle äußeren Ecken sind CNC-maschinell abgeschrägt, um Hängenbleiben und Abrieb zu minimieren. Dieser Hammer sieht toll aus in deinem "Old School" Custom.
