Professional Gunsmith Installation Recommended The Tikka T3 and T3x has changed the firearm industry’s perception of a what a precision hunting rifle should be world-wide.  While the Tikka excels in almost every aspect a shooter could ask for in a rifle, one shortcoming hand loaders have struggled with since the rifle’s inception is the limited magazine length. A logical magazine replacement would be the long action AICS magazines and clones.  While several bottom metal companies have attempted to make a bottom metal compatible with both these magazines and the T3/T3x, none have been able to create a solution that allows the use of longer case lengths… until now… This bottom metal was 6 years in the making!  Through these years of trial and error, our design team has been able to create a kit that allows the shooter to utilize the full length available in these military grade magazines. Standard COAL for long action AICS magazines is 3.60” It is important to only use SAAMI length AICS style magazines with an external length of no more than 3.715” It is important to remember that once a rifle is modified beyond the scope its original design, additional and unforeseen work may be necessary for reliable function.  Thus, installation, final fit and finish is best accomplished by a competent gunsmith. Herstellerproduktnummer: T3T3XBMLAICS 811291030078 Die Installation durch einen professionellen Büchsenmacher wird empfohlen. Die Tikka T3 und T3x haben die Wahrnehmung der Schusswaffenindustrie darüber, was ein präzises Jagdgewehr sein sollte, weltweit verändert. Obwohl die Tikka in fast jedem Aspekt hervorragend ist, den sich ein Schütze von einem Gewehr wünschen könnte, haben Wiederlader seit der Einführung des Gewehrs mit der begrenzten Magazinlänge zu kämpfen. Ein logischer Ersatz für das Magazin wären die Langwaffen-AICS-Magazine und deren Klone. Während mehrere Hersteller von Bodenblechen versucht haben, ein Bodenblech zu entwickeln, das mit diesen Magazinen und der T3/T3x kompatibel ist, konnte bisher keiner eine Lösung schaffen, die die Verwendung längerer Patronenhülsen erlaubt... bis jetzt... Dieses Bodenblech wurde über 6 Jahre entwickelt! In diesen Jahren des Ausprobierens und der Fehlschläge hat unser Designteam ein Kit entwickelt, das es dem Schützen ermöglicht, die volle Länge zu nutzen, die in diesen militärgradigen Magazinen verfügbar ist. Die Standard-COAL für Langwaffen-AICS-Magazine beträgt 3,60”. Es ist wichtig, nur AICS-Magazine im SAAMI-Format mit einer äußeren Länge von maximal 3,715” zu verwenden. Es ist wichtig zu bedenken, dass sobald ein Gewehr über den Rahmen seiner ursprünglichen Konstruktion hinaus modifiziert wird, zusätzliche und unvorhersehbare Arbeiten notwendig sein können, um eine zuverlässige Funktion zu gewährleisten. Daher ist die Installation, der endgültige Sitz und das Finish am besten durch einen kompetenten Büchsenmacher durchzuführen.
