The idea for this platform originated from a writer/customer of ours. The platform is a mounting board for the L.E. Wilson trimmer series that provides storage space for nine (9) case holders and a tapping block for knocking the cases out of the holder. The polyethylene platform has rubber feet, but most of us prefer it c-clamped to the bench.

Die Idee für diese Plattform stammt von einem unserer Schriftsteller/Kunden. Die Plattform ist eine Montageplatte für die L.E. Wilson Trimmer-Serie und bietet Stauraum für neun (9) Hülsenhalter sowie einen Klopfblock, um die Hülsen aus dem Halter zu klopfen. Die Plattform aus Polyethylen hat Gummifüße, aber die meisten von uns bevorzugen es, sie mit C-Klemmen an der Werkbank zu befestigen.

Worth the money! (20.04.2011)

Makes the case trimmer a portable unit. I don't find a need to clamp anything down and can trim brass on any surface... even while sitting in front of the Television.

Makes the Wilson Trimmer Portable (29.05.2011)

The Wilson Trimmer, Sinclair Shark Fin, Trimmer Stand & Platform need to be packaged together. The set up makes a great trimmer even better. The fit and finish are perfect and most importantly they allow the trimmer to be portable and moved around the reloading bench. Assembly requires two screws that quickly secure it to the trimmer stand. The platform is very stable and does not need to be clamped down. The plastic disk allows you to seat and unseat the brass without damaging it.

My only regret is I did not discover the Wilson trimmer, stand and platform set up sooner. It has made the most difficult part of reloadingâ¦ almost enjoyable.

Great addition to the Wilson Trimmer (21.02.2013)

This accessory is a great idea. The Wilson trimmer is an awsome tool and this addition makes it perfect. It is well designed and crafted. I find that I do not need to clamp it down and I now have a portable work station for case trimming.
