The Strike Industries Glock 43 Extended Magazine Plate (G43 E.M.P) design provides smoother magazine reloading through its low drag / no snag design. The G43 E.M.P provides multiple functions to include an additional 2 rounds bringing the Glock 43 capacity up to 8+1. Along with providing more magazine capacity; the extended grip surface provides extra finger space for a better grip and more control; along with better ergonomics which leads to a higher accuracy potential over the base model subcompact. outstanding product! the fit and finish are great, the feel changes the weapon completely,now for a few other notes .In assembly you must make sure that the lower part of the spring is over the boss on the bottom sub plate i did this by first making sure mag unloaded useing a golf tee to press the button slightly here a clic,then w/ a stiff wire poker from the bottom/back of the mag thru the back of spring to the front of the spring loop push work it a little one more clic done ,it does appear that disassembly will be difficult.I have not test fired these mags yet ,ill keep you posted

WHAT A DIFFERENCE (27.01.2018)

I religiously conceal carry and bought my Glock 43 as soon as they were available and immediately sold my Glock 42. I am not a fan of the .380 caliber. I own 6 Glock pistols and I carry the 43 the most because of concealability. My only complaint was the 6 round mags and the grip was a bit small for my big hands. I purchased 2 of these Enhanced Mag Plates and after an easy install they function perfectly! The larger grip surface is way more comfortable to shoot, not to mention the pistol is now 8+1. I'm a happy camper! They look fantastic and match the contour of the pistol perfectly! If you like the ideal of adding a couple of rounds and need a little more grip to hang onto, this is the ticket and not a lot of money!

I love these base plates. I run Taran Tactical on a few backup mags (which work flawlessly) and this one for my carry. It looks and feels excellent. No issues with feed or fit. I liked it so much I gifted it to some friends.

Needs longer spring (05.10.2018)

Tried several extensions. This one fits well, but uses the stock spring. As a result, it wouldn't feed the last round and jam. The only time the pistol has had an issue. I wouldn't carry it.
