THE SHORT ACTION CUSTOMS "THE" SEATER DIE FOR PRECISE BULLET SEATING ACROSS SEVERAL CARTRIDGES!
The Short Action Customs “The” Seating Die is designed to be the only bullet seating die you will ever need for a family of cartridge bodies. For example, without purchasing any additional parts, you can easily and precisely seat bullets in any cartridge body which has a base diameter (.200″ above the bolt face) of .470″ to .473″ in diameter. That is virtually every short action, standard bolt face cartridge!!! Here is how The Bullet Seating Die works. The center bore of the die body is drilled and bored to ensure concentricity and parallelism to the bottom of the die and 7/8 x 14 threads. Next, they precision ream the center bore for a perfect finish, lastly the hole is internally burnished for a mirror like surface finish while controlling the inside diameter to a tolerance of +/-.0002″.  This precision guide channel only has .001″ to .002″ total clearance around the base of the cartridge, properly locating the cartridge in the die body. Next the spring-loaded Cartridge Shoulder Sleeve and precision guided Bullet Seating Sleeve are held concentric and are guided by this precision cartridge bore in the die body. This ensures the absolute most concentric and true assembly. Furthermore, SAC tops off The Bullet Seating Die with a Mitutoyo Micrometer head which has .001″ graduations for a total travel of .500″ for the more precise bullet seating adjustments. Lastly, they incorporated a micrometer tension system to achieve a very positive feel when turning the micrometer head and prevent accidental movement. The Bullet Seating Die can properly seat 22 Caliber, 6mm, 25 Caliber, 6.5mm, 7mm, and 30 caliber bullets!

Herstellerproduktnummer: SACTSD Das Short Action Customs „The“ Seating Die ist darauf ausgelegt, die einzige Bullet Seating Die zu sein, die Du jemals für eine Familie von Patronenhülsen benötigen wirst. Zum Beispiel kannst Du ohne den Kauf von zusätzlichen Teilen ganz einfach und präzise Geschosse in jeder Patronenhülse mit einem Basisdurchmesser (0,200″ über der Verschlussfläche) von 0,470″ bis 0,473″ Durchmesser setzen. Das entspricht nahezu jeder Short-Action-Patrone mit Standard-Bolzenkopf!!! So funktioniert The Bullet Seating Die: Der zentrale Bohrungskanal des Die-Körpers wird gebohrt und ausgedreht, um Konzentrizität und Parallelität zum Boden des Dies und zu den 7/8 x 14 Gewinden zu gewährleisten. Anschließend wird der zentrale Bohrungskanal präzise aufgerieben für ein perfektes Finish, zuletzt wird das Loch intern poliert für eine spiegelähnliche Oberflächenveredelung, während der Innendurchmesser auf eine Toleranz von +/-.0002″ kontrolliert wird. Dieser präzise Führungskanal hat nur 0,001″ bis 0,002″ Gesamtspielraum um die Basis der Patronenhülse herum und positioniert so die Patrone korrekt im Die-Körper. Als nächstes werden die federbelastete Cartridge Shoulder Sleeve und die präzisionsgeführte Bullet Seating Sleeve konzentrisch gehalten und durch diesen präzisen Patronenbohrungskanal im Die-Körper geführt. Dies gewährleistet die absolut konzentrischste und wahre Montage. Darüber hinaus krönt SAC The Bullet Seating Die mit einem Mitutoyo Mikrometerschraubenkopf, der 0,001″-Teilungen für eine Gesamtreise von 0,500″ für noch präzisere Geschosssetzungseinstellungen bietet. Zuletzt haben sie ein Mikrometer-Spannsystem integriert, um ein sehr positives Gefühl beim Drehen des Mikrometerschraubenkopfes zu erreichen und unbeabsichtigte Bewegungen zu verhindern.
