An AR-Style .308 Handguard Built With Durability, Versatility and Lightness in Mind
Just because a handguard is going onto a .308 AR doesn't mean it needs to be bulky and heavy. Wilson Combat designed this slim, trim, lightweight handguard for short-action ARs, and the design is also features durable construction that can stand up to abuse in the field or on the range. Each Wilson Combat AR .308 Handguard is CNC-machined from strong 6005A-T5 aluminum and features a mil-spec, hard-anodized finish. To attach the handguard to a compatible upper receiver, the unit ships with an oversized barrel nut machined from 4130 steel and treated with a nitrocarburized finish. M-LOK attachment slots are machined at 3-, 6- and 9-o'clock positions around the circumference of the handguard, enabling easy accessory mounting. The inside diameter of the Wilson Combat AR .308 handguard measures 1.47 inches, making it compatible with most low-profile gas blocks on the market today. Handguard installation takes five minutes using common hand tools, and the overall weight of the handguard is 11.4 ounces, while the length measures in at 10.6 ounces.

Wilson Combat hat diesen schlanken, leichten Handguard für Short-Action-ARs entworfen, und das Design zeichnet sich auch durch eine robuste Konstruktion aus, die im Feld oder auf dem Schießstand einiges aushält. Jeder Wilson Combat AR .308 Handguard wird aus starkem 6005A-T5 Aluminium CNC-gefräst und verfügt über ein mil-spec, harteloxiertes Finish. Zur Befestigung des Handguards an einem kompatiblen Upper Receiver wird die Einheit mit einer übergroßen Barrel Nut aus 4130 Stahl geliefert, die mit einem nitrocarburierten Finish behandelt ist. M-LOK Befestigungsschlitze sind an den 3-, 6- und 9-Uhr-Positionen rund um den Umfang des Handguards eingefräst, was das Anbringen von Zubehör erleichtert.
