Fast Target Acquistion For Rifles, Handguns, Shotguns

Compact and lightweight, this microelectronic reflex sight provides a nearly unrestricted field of view for rapid target acquisition. Small size doesn’t affect gun balance and handling. Features an always-on, micro-chip control that requires no switches or adjustments. LED insert senses light level and automatically sets dot brightness for optimum visibility in all ambient light conditions. Snap-on, protective cover extends battery life, protects lens from dust and dirt. Has 25 inches of windage and elevation adjustment at 20 yards. Fits the same bases and mounts as the Fire Point and Tasco Optima sights. 4 MOA or 8 MOA dot for precision shooting.Bases and Shim Piece available for J Point Sights.

JPoint Outstanding (06.09.2010)

I have two, one mounted on a Colt Anaconda .44 Magnum, the other mounted on an M1 Garand. This sight has withstood the recoil of the .44 for 10 years no problems. It turned my M1 into an oustanding deer rifle. The only thing is slight re-sighting after battery changing. The batteries last for a couple years. If you call or email JP Rifles with a question they are very helpful. Great product.

Exellent sight for civilian use. (08.10.2010)

I mounted this sight on a Bushmaster ARM Pistol.
The sight modification improved the weapon from a "spray and prey" novelty, into a firearm. Groups were reduced to 1.5 " at 50 yards.
Note; firearm itself must be modified by welding a sight base onto the receiver.

Good Sight (02.07.2012)

Good sight, particularly for a backup to a scope. My only issue was that the brightness couldn't be manually adjusted, so it seemed a bit dim to me at times. Having said that, if it's a backup sight, it's works perfectly well... just wouldn't be my choice for a primary sight.

I put the sight on a Glock 17L which I wasn't using. For the price of the sight I was prepared to be disappointed. Well, I wasn't. It was very easy to fit and very easy to adjust. The Glock shoots beautifully. A cheap IPSC "gadget gun".

Very good low profile Reflex Sight (23.07.2014)

I've owned this sight for 8 years with not one negative issue. I've mounted this sight on a Ruger Mk II Government Model 22LR. I shoot NRA Pistol matches and won my class and overall points with this sight and gun combo. This low profile sight allows co-witness with the front sight. It holds zero and is easy to adjust. My only mild gripe is there is no on/off switch but uses a cover to shut off, but to be honest this has never been an issue as battery life is almost forever. I have a Fastfire that works well but is higher in profile that is not able to co witness the front sight like this JP Sight. As far as ruggedness, this sight has stood up to everything I've put it through without one issue to complain about. With a JP, why would anyone pay double for another sight.
